Carl McGill is the owner and cook of Carl's BBQ & Custom Catering. After running a brick and mortar style restaurant for years, Carl decided to move his BBQ to pursue other opportunities. He re-established his food business to become mobile and offered catering services as of July of '23. We offer meal delivery services for small and large events alike. Our passion for BBQ and delicious food drives us to provide the best possible experience to our customers. We work hard to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with our food and service.
